Wooden Discs

I recently cut a 1000 and one wooden discs... Here are some being put to use.

As a kid i have seen shoes hung from Telegraph wires and apart from the possibility that someone didnt want the shoes anymore, it has been hearsay that it marks a territory of drug dealing, gang movement and even to mark a death.

Without knowing the original objective for this practice, the presence of them are often seen, accepted and provisionally forgotten. Though the recollection of such locations are probably familiar to all.
